I decided to start this group because I know that there is a group of people here in Jacksonville.. in the nooks and crannies... planting there home gardens... catching water from their roofs... using greywater... planting in guildes.... I want to know you!.. I have a PDC from Hawaii 2001 and have worked on farms since than. My home is becoming a model of what I have learned. I have alot to share - and I'm sure I can learn alot from others experiences.
… Members can share their experience in gardening, canning, bee keeping, raising live stock, beer and wine making, learning about wild edibles, through field trips and hands on demonstrations. This group was also established as a way for members to trade and barter for the products they make.
